Refund policy

The AI Content Creator Starter Kit is a digital product. Once access is granted, it is not refundable except where required by law.

Custom video, landing page, and graphics jobs can be refunded in full if work has not started. Work starts when the brief and required files arrive. After that, refunds are not offered for a change of mind. If we miss the stated delivery window after a complete brief, email the studio and we will finish the work or refund the unused portion.
